Undertaking

• 1.It is declared that participant will not hold ONGC in any manner for any injuries in the course of aforesaid event.
• 2. I understand that Cycling is sometimes carried out under inhospitable conditions, which may involve serious risk to the person including accident, illness or injury, resulting to any type disability event death.
• 3.I am participating in this Cyclothon at my own risk and shall not hold ONGC responsible for any mishap / injury during the event.
• 4.I will wear all safety gears , which are mandatory for riding cycle.
